Intergenerational Warfare or Synergies: Research Updates from the Experience Corps

Transformation to an aging society can involve a number of alternative scenarios, ranging from a default assumption of conflict between generations over resources to assuming a necessity to create new social institutions that create win-wins across generations to strengthen society through experiencing the benefits of longevity. This talk frames these potential options and lays out one evidence-based model for such win-wins, Experience Corps, and its implications.
